On March 9, Great Aim Group 2019 signingceremony on its annual management objective statements was held at Chamber ofKnowledge Pursuit of the Life House of Zhuhai Nanwan International. Theceremony was presided over by Cheng Yin, administrative director of the Group,with an aim to unify thoughts and understanding, attach importance to theobjective and responsibility evaluation work, reach an accurate positioning,and fully implement the strategic decisions reached in the first meeting of theboard of directors of the Group in 2019.

At the ceremony, Chairman Yang Feng andMei Heli, executive vice president of the Group respectively signed aresponsibility statement with members of the board of directors, heads of eachfunctional department and project of the real estate department, each subjectof business responsibility of the Group and the principal of each functionaldepartment, encouraged all people of Great Aim to concentrate their wisdom andstrength wholeheartedly on each target and task, assume responsibilities andforge ahead by remaining true to their original aspirations.

Mei Heli said that the signing of theannual responsibility statement will further enhance the concept of targetmanagement, form a contract-based mechanism, facilitate the fulfillment of businessresponsibilities and lay a solid foundation for the Group’s strategicdevelopment in 2019. Chairman Yang said, 2018 marked the 24th birthday of Great Aim, which was a most challenging year to us and could bedescribed as a “candle in the wind”. The candle would be blown out by any accident.Luckily, all people of Great Aim have protected the candle from being blown outby adhering to a Long March spirit and the Tree-vine culture. In the past year,we have safeguarded our financial reputation without any delay of debt orinterest.
In fact, in the past 24 years, Great Aimhas maintained “zero poor records”. It’s uneasy for us to do so. Our credit isjust like a candle. On this, Chairman Yang deeply felt proud as a member ofGreat Aim and jokingly called himself an iron man that can withstand all kindsof challenges.

On the first meeting of the board ofdirectors this year, Chairman Yang pointed out, the positive brilliance and thedarkness at the back went against each other. For the sustainable developmentof the enterprise, in facing a problem, we must see its substance through thephenomenon, analyze the issue from inside out so as to remain clear-minded andimprove ourselves.
He further explained, as an importantlink in solving problems, the development and evaluation of the target andresponsibility statements for 2019 must be based on a “strategical height”,abandoning the old practice of “personal relationship”, shifting from a passivestate to an active state. We should guarantee that every indicator and node canbe fulfilled with “high standards and strict requirements” and live up to thereal meaning of the responsibility statement.

“Only a storm can test the maturing of acountry and a people” Chairman Yang quoted the remarks of Milan Kundera, aCzech poet and pointed out that 2018 had become a history, yet the history didnot mean the emptiness of value.
“Great Aim Group should absorb lessonfrom the baptism of the storm and grow stronger.” Chairman Yang pointed out, “Theoperation of the Group should be dynamic. The fundamental issue is tocontinuously generate profits, guarantee the re-production of the enterprise,and ensure that the real estate projects can be implemented according to themilestone plans.”
What made Chairman Yang gratified wasthat in 2018 the high matching between “posts and people” of the real estatedepartment had made a difference at the end. In 2018, thereal estate department cleared many historical problems of project constructionapplication that had remained unsolved for years and four projects smoothlyobtained commencement permit. “All people of Great Aim have forged aheadthrough the thorns in the once-in-a-century turn and change and deepened ourrelationship.” Chairman Yang said affectionately, “The relationship is thesource of pride for all of us. The achievements are an effective guarantee forour growth and development in the new year, which will lead us to forge aheadbravely.”
Besides, Chairman Yang shared two piecesof good news. This year, the fund planning department has overcome difficultiesto win the first “ice-breaking” large amount of fund. The planning indicatorsof Shenzhen Great Aim Center project have been officially implemented. Hepointed out that as long as we remain “strategically aware”, we will surelysolve all problems we face.

Chairman Yang Feng disclosed that in2019 Great Aim Group must unswervingly “return to the right track”. We shouldseek benefits from energy and quality and fulfill our ideal from time andspace.
